We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Apple Pay. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
